Let Freedom Ring! An Acrostic Poem based on Art

"Let freedom ring," in this land we do say.
Every jot, tittle, and line meant to show the way.
This is our declaration, this is our announcement, we shall be free!

Flags flown in remembrance of the struggle for freedom.
Respect for it's colors, it's stars, it's stripes let it be done.
Every day in this land of the free, there is another reason to be thankful.
Even going to the beach, walking down the shore, and taking sand by a handful
Dearest Lord we pray for Your intervention and safety of our shores.
Oh deliver safely those who fight on many fronts, away for years by the scores.
Mend their wounds when they happen, and let us remember them in prayers.

Receive into Your arms those heroes who have given their final hours.
In intercession now Lord this prayer does rise for the United States of America.
Nearer to Thee may we draw and never forget the cost of freedom we celebrate.
Give us the words to express our gratitude to those who make it possible.

Let Freedom Ring, oh Lord for sea to shining sea.  Let us see the freedoms we have and help us to be diligent to take these not for granted.  Watch over our citizens Lord and may an atmosphere of peace abound from city,to city, to nation we do pray.  You are the Great I Am and we are grateful for the freedom to sing, shout, and claim the victory.  God bless this United States of America and all who make it the land of liberty it was intended to be only a couple of centuries ago.  In Jesus' name I pray.  Amen.
